A small collection of barnacles

I love the potential for growth and change represented by this sculpture as well as memories of collecting small natural objects that I found unusual or delightful as a child. To me that is a part of connecting with a landscape; noticing tiny details that contribute to the overall 'look' of a place and selecting bits from it to be arranged later.
